Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Cancellation before Shipment

 

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you need to inform our support team at 7497812344 or email us at care@elevone.com (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

 

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and a gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card has to be redeemed within 1 year.

 

Cancellation after Shipment

 

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have already been shipped but not been delivered, the customer has to inform the support team within 48 hrs. of ordering it. In this case, there would be a gift card issued with the face value of the product price after deducting the courier/shipment charges (Flat ₹50).

 

The gift card has to be redeemed within 1 year. For this, you may write to our customer support team at care@elevone.com or call us on 7497812344 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

 

Replacements

 

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

 

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or in transit or if the product received is in damaged/defective condition bearing manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is delivered, you can request a replacement of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. For this, you need to write to our support team at care@elevone.com or call us on 7497812344 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

 

If the product is malfunctioning as soon as it is received:

 

Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case of receiving a product that is malfunctioning, it has to be notified by the customer within 48 hours of receiving it. Our support team will arrange for the reverse pickup and check the functioning of the product. After checking, if a manufacturing defect is found, the product would be replaced. If it is a no-defect product, then the same product would be shipped back along with the shipping charges. For this, you need to write to our customer support team at care@elevone.com or call us on 7497812344 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

 

Note: Products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

 

 

All ElevOne products have a “Carry in” warranty support. However, only in the case of issues arising with ElevOne Smartwatches, once confirmed by customer service, if the issue still persists, we will get your watch picked up from and delivered to your doorstep.



Warranty Reward

 

If you purchase any product directly from our website, you get an extra 30-day extended warranty on that particular product. Applicable to all products.
